– Publication Ethics

The journal adopts ethical standards for scientific publishing.

– The researcher’s responsibility:

– Adherence to the principles and standards of research and publication ethics.

– Submitting purely original research, taking into account citation and documentation

– Providing a list of references at the end of the research that were referred to while writing the research.

– Adherence to the journal’s rules for writing and documenting the research.

– If several researchers come together in one research, the contribution of others to the research must be mentioned correctly and the names of the researchers must be arranged according to what is stated in the research, so that the names are mentioned in sequence according to the scientific contribution of each of them to the research.

– Providing thanks and appreciation to those who contributed to the research and whose names were not mentioned among the researchers.

– Avoiding unethical behavior by submitting the same research to more than one journal at the same time. If the researcher decides to submit the research to another journal, he must withdraw it from the journal.

– Avoiding all types of unethical behavior such as plagiarism, fabrication and forgery.

– If the researcher discovers a serious error in his published research, he must inform the editorial board of the journal to delete or correct the error.

– If the researcher does not agree to accept the amendments proposed by the journal’s arbitration, he must provide a logical justification for this, and in the event that convincing reasons are not provided, the journal reserves the right to refuse publication.

– Responsibility of the arbitrator:

The process of arbitrating scientific research is a major stage of scientific publishing, and is part of the policy of the Scientific Publishing Unit;

Therefore, the arbitrator must:

– Fully adhere to the standards of the International Publication Ethics Committee for arbitrators when arbitrating research.

– Inform the editor-in-chief if he is not ready to arbitrate the submitted research and withdraw from the arbitration process.

– Distancing himself from personal interests, such as using information obtained from the research that was arbitrated for his personal benefit.

– The arbitrator shall not accept arbitrating research in which there is a conflict of interest as a result of competitive or other relationships with the author.

– Ensure that the research is free from plagiarism or literary theft, and the referee must inform the editor-in-chief of any similarity between the research that has been refereed and any other published works that he knows of.

– Commitment to the confidentiality standards related to the refereeing process, he must treat the research that he submits for refereeing as confidential documents. He must not disclose or discuss them with others until they are published, except as authorized by the editor-in-chief.

– Investigate objectivity in the judgments and results issued by the refereeing process.

– Express his opinion honestly and clearly, stating the supporting arguments.

– Commitment to the time allocated for the refereeing process.

– Responsibility of the editor-in-chief:

– The editor-in-chief of the journal, in cooperation with the editorial board, is responsible for selecting the appropriate referees according to the research topic and the referee’s specialization, with complete confidentiality.

– The Editor-in-Chief is responsible for the final decision on all submissions for publication.

– The decision to publish or not to publish is based on the referees’ reports and comments, the scientific value of the research, its originality, and its relevance to the journal’s field of specialization.

Editors must:

– Ensure that the confidentiality of the refereeing process and the information received from the referees is maintained.

– Ensure that the research submitted for review is consistent with the ethics and principles of scientific publishing.

– Not discriminate against authors on the basis of gender, origin, religious belief, citizenship, or political affiliation of the author.

– Address authors’ complaints and keep any documents related to the complaints.

– Ensure that the research is reviewed confidentially.
